1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Share Some Love ("Service"), operated by the Fund For Educational Excellence ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Share Some Love is a recognition platform that allows students, parents, and community members to submit messages of appreciation for Baltimore City Public Schools staff members. The Service includes:

• Submission of appreciation messages
• Selection of card designs for messages
• Delivery of approved messages to staff members
• Account creation and management
• Administrative tools for school officials

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You may submit messages without an account, but creating an account allows you to track your submissions. When creating an account, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Share Some Love, you agree to:

• Submit only positive, respectful messages of appreciation
• Provide truthful information about your identity and relationship to staff members
• Respect the privacy and dignity of all users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

• Submit offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service for commercial or promotional purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Violate any person's privacy or rights

5. Content Guidelines

Message Submission

All messages submitted through the Service are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to:

• Reject messages that violate our content guidelines
• Edit messages for grammar or clarity (without changing meaning)
• Remove messages at any time for any reason

Intellectual Property

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your messages for the purpose of operating the Service and promoting appreciation for educators.
